- Register in advance, print your badge and bring it with you
- You must scan the track-and-trace QR code when you arrive at the venue.
- Use the mezzanine (upstairs area) to enter the event; this will help maintain social distancing of 2 metres
- Observe the one-way system around the venue, marked by floor stickers
- There will be hand sanitisers in the toilets and on exhibitor stands
- You must wear a mask inside the venue at all times, except where noted below. If you are exempt, please display your exemption lanyard/badge clearly or entry will not be permitted
- Once seated in the theatre area, you may remove your mask; chairs will be spaced 2m apart
- Once seated in a café area, you may remove your mask. Table service will be in operation; all tables will be spaced 2m apart with six chairs around them
- Exhibitors will monitor and manage numbers of people on their stands to ensure social distancing
- All toilets in the atrium will be in use throughout, reducing the potential for queuing
- Additional cleaning will take place during the event to focus on busy touch points
